About Me

I’ve been a counselor for eight years and have wanted to help people all my life. Accepting the call to become a counselor is the best decision I’ve ever made! The peace, the purpose, the passion I feel is immeasurable. You can expect to be met with unconditional positive regard and receive my full undivided attention in your counseling sessions.

I believe all dimensions of our health interact with one another to form a complete picture. Whatever we do to our body affects our mind and spirit. A similar relationship exists between our thoughts, emotions and actions.

More About Therapy

Therapy is a journey that requires honesty and vulnerability with me and with yourself. I’ve developed a simple formula for growth in therapy. Growth equals 30% what you do in session plus 70 % action you take outside of session using the insights and strategies gained in therapy. Please watch the video below to learn more.

“When we are mindful, deeply in touch with the present moment, our understanding of what is going on deepens, and we begin to be filled with acceptance, joy, peace and love.”

Thich Nhat Hanh

“You can spend a lifetime being curious about the inner world of your partner, and being brave enough to share your own inner world, and never be done discovering all there is to know about each other."

John M. Gottman

“Two roads diverged in a yellow wood, and I--I took the one less travelled by, And that has made all the difference."

– Robert Frost
