I offer a safe place to work through mental health and life issues. While I am an expert on mental health I view you as the expert on you. We will combine our expertise to achieve your goals.
My therapeutic approach incorporates many different types of therapies. The foundation of my approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Please read on to learn more about the main therapeutic approaches I practice.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT focuses on the relationship between your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Making a change in any of these areas will inspire change in the others. For example, reconstruction of unproductive thought patterns can result in improved emotion regulation and healthier behavior.
Mindfulness
The practice of being fully present in the moment, tuned into what is happening around us, but without feeling overstimulated or overwhelmed. You will gain a deeper understanding of Mindfulness and how to apply it to relaxation, daily activities, and life in general.
Faith-Based Counseling
I believe there is a powerful connection between body, spirit and mind, and that oftentimes the most meaningful growth is produced by attending to the whole person. Clients who choose to incorporate faith into their treatment are not only able to draw strength from their faith but also have an opportunity to experience concurrent growth.

Setup Your Patient Portal
Please enter your personal information, insurance and payment details before booking your 1-hour intake session.
3.
Submit Forms & Assessments
Please complete your intake form and any assessments that have been emailed and are available in your patient portal.
4.
Intake Appointment
Your initial therapy session! We’ll discuss your history, the therapy process, set your goals, and answer any questions you may have.
