I offer a safe place to work through mental health and life issues. While I’m an expert on mental health I view you as an expert on you. We will combine our expertise to achieve your goals.

My therapeutic approach incorporates many different types of therapies. Th foundation of my approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Please read on to learn more about the main therapeutic approaches I practice.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT focuses on the relationship between your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Making a change in any of these areas will inspire change in the others. For example, reconstruction of unproductive thought patterns can result in improved emotion regulation and healthier behavior.

Mindfulness

The practice of being fully present in the moment, tuned into what is happening around us, but without feeling overstimulated or overwhelmed. You will gain a deeper understanding of Mindfulness and how to apply  it to relaxation, daily activities, and life in general.

Faith-Based Counseling

I believe there is a powerful connection between body, spirit and mind, and that oftentimes the most meaningful growth is produced by attending to the whole person. Clients who choose to incorporate faith into their treatment are not only able to draw strength from their faith but also have an opportunity to experience concurrent growth.

Schedule a Consult or Intake

Click the “Book Now” button below to setup your FREE 15-min Phone Consultation or to schedule a Virtual Intake Appointment with Catherine. You will be redirected to Grow Therapy’s secure booking page.

FREE Phone Consult!

Should you choose to take advantage of our free phone consultation, you will speak with Catherine for 15 minutes to determine whether this therapy is a good fit for you. If so, then you will schedule an intake appointment at the end of that call.

3.

Please Complete Your Forms!

Please be sure to complete your assessment forms prior to your intake appointment. These forms will be sent to you through Grow Therapy’s patient portal and can be completed there.

4.

Intake Appointment

You may choose to schedule an intake appointment without meeting for a free phone consultation first. However, many clients prefer to talk with the therapist prior to scheduling an intake. Intakes last a full hour and entail building rapport while your therapist gathers your history.
